Rachel Chelsea Foster combines a degree in business and a love of film to help bring stories to life both in front of and behind the camera. She has spent the last decade working all across the country, primarily in the independent film market, giving her a lot of hands on experience. Rachel’s faith and family are the most important to her and she loves taking all her life experiences and using them to enhance her craft. Her film 'Practice Makes Perfect' won Best Comedy at the New Mexico Filmmakers Showcase in 2019. In 2024, her films ‘Outside’ and ‘The Anniversary' were both nominated for Best Film at the Baltimore 48 hour film project and the DC Holiday 48 hour film project respectively. In 2024 she also created her own company - Rachel Sea Productions - in hopes of bringing even more stories to the screen.
